Anago provides professional one time construction clean up services for all recently completed new buildings. Our construction clean up service may includes:
- Dust and clean shelves with furniture polish.
- Spot clean horizontal surfaces for removal of spillage, marks, and coffee rings.
- Spot clean fingerprints and smudges from walls.
- Clean all partition glass.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas wall to wall.
- High dusting (up to 8 feet) of air vents, top of doors, doorframes, ceiling corners, and edges, etc.
- Dust all baseboards.
- Scrub, disinfect and polish sink(s) in restrooms/lunchroom, clean shelves, countertops and tables.
- Disinfect door handles, partition handles, and light switches in restrooms/lunchroom.
- Clean and polish all restrooms/lunchroom dispensers, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Clean and disinfect on and around toilets, toilet seats, restrooms walls and trash receptacles.
- Dust all walls if needed.
- Clean in and out windows on the first floor only.
- Sweep and mop all hard surface floors.
- Clean all windowsills.
- Clean Elevator.
