Our Officers, Directors and Other Executives:

James K. Weber, III, Chief Manager
James (Jamie) Weber has over 3 years experience running Anago of Nashville from the ground up. He is a hands-on owner whom over sees new business development and the complete operation of Anago of Nashville in its entirety. Prior to Anago of Nashville, Jamie had over 8 years of sales and management experience in the automobile industry. His most recent capacity was with Enterprise Rent-A-Car as Area Car Sales Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. In this position he over saw all operations of a car sales store which included recruiting, training, customer service, sales, marketing, accounting, and inventory management. Of particular note, he ran this business without advertising so building a business and customer referral relationships was paramount to the success. During his tenure, Mr. Weber's store won numerous awards in Customer Service, Sales and Growth. Mr. Weber graduated from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire in 1996 earning a degree in Business Management. He also studied business at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida during the Fall of 1994.

Michelle L. Weber, Regional Director
Michelle opened Anago of Nashville with her husband, Jamie in July 2005, and oversees accounting, insides sales and franchisee development. Michelle is a hands on owner who can be seen in the office on a daily basis. Michelle Weber graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2000 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in ceramics. She held positions with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the customer service, sales and accounting, in Phoenix, AZ.

Eric J. Gogulski, Manager/Director of Operations
Eric has been co-owner of Anago of Nashville since August, 2005. His primary roles are operations and franchise sales. Eric Gogulski worked 8 years in the Rental division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After a promotion to manager of two rental locations, he was responsible for devising selling tactics to increase revenue and implementing marketing strategies to increase growth for his branches. He trained new employees of the values of customer service and helped them develop managerial skills to manage their own office. He is a recipient of two marketing awards for fleet growth and a customer service award for having the highest customer survey score for his city.
